ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This program aims to enhance leadership capability of APS/Executive (low/middle) level managers who lead teams with at least one Neurodiverse individual (diagnosed or suspected autism, ADHD, ADD etc.).
In a small group over two half days we explore current and future workplace challenges for managers of Neurodiverse individuals. It is designed to arm you with tools and strategies for managing neurodivers team members; and help you create inclusive team environments that align to your agency’s diversity agenda.
The Program consists of:
- Your choice of access to either DISC Advance or Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) questionnaire, report and a 1:1 debrief session (up to 1.5 hours).
- Two half day group workshops with up to ten people from across Government agencies.
- One lunch with networking session.
- Ongoing access to your new peer network.

Our Speakers and Facilitators
Jodie Stephenson
Jodie has co-owned Kirribili Partners with Darren since 2016. She delivers consultancy services as a Senior Partner and Company Director for this Canberra based company. Prior to this she worked in both private and public enterprises in Australia and globally for over 25 years.
She is a passionate advocate of behaviour drives performance. Jodie is an experienced executive coach and group facilitator who has a track record for enhancing individual and team ability to deliver results in complex international and domestic environments.
