Terms and Conditions
Cancellations are accepted in writing up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled Program start date. After that date pro-rata refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
No refund will be made for non-attendance. The Facilitator will meet with you 1:1 to make up the session.

To assist us with improving the Program, we will seek your feedback throughout the year.
